As your organization begins or continues its performance improvement efforts, it is our hope that the services and award programs described here will serve as an educational tool to guide you. We provide a wide range of services appropriate for organizations of all types across Missouri, and would be happy to help in your efforts to achieve performance excellence.

Our flagship service continues to be the Missouri Quality Award program, and interest in the Award process remains high. As a result, more and more organizations are learning the great value of the management system promoted by the Award process.

UPCOMING ANNUAL CONFERENCE DATES and LOCATION ANNOUNCED ! 
The 2010 annual Excellence in Missouri Conference will be held November 17-19, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia, Missouri. All three 2009 Baldrige Award winners from Missouri will be there, along with other exciting speakers and events. Registration prices are the same as in 2009, $350 for an individual full registration, and any additional registrations from the same organization receive a 50% discount on the registration price (discounted registrations do not include an Awards Banquet ticket). Look for more specific information in September, but mark your calendar and make plans to attend!

MISSOURI MAKES BALDRIGE HISTORY--THREE OF THE FIVE 2009 BALDRIGE AWARD RECIPIENTS ARE MISSOURI ORGANIZATIONS! 
For the first time in Baldrige Award Program history, three recipients are from the same state (in the same award year):

• Heartland Health-St. Joseph, MO
• MidwayUSA-Columbia, MO
• Honeywell FM&T-Kansas City, MO

The Excellence in Missouri Foundation is thrilled for these organizations and very proud that they were selected as national role models for using the Baldrige criteria as a business model. Their success is a testament to how well the criteria works regardless of size and sector. This ties Missouri with Texas for the highest number of Baldrige recipient organizations.  Our sincere congratulations goes to each of these outstanding organizations!
