The Excellence in Missouri Foundation publishes its own criteria for performance excellence, which is based off of the current year Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. Individual copies of the MQA criteria can be ordered at no charge by e-mailing the Award Office or by calling 573-659-1234.
